Itinerary description
Ξεκινούμε από τις γραμμές του τρένου στη διασταύρωση στο κέντρο των Άνω Λεχωνίων. Βαδίζοντας αρχικά στην άσφαλτο προς Άγιο Βλάσιο, μετά από 100 μέτρα πάμε λοξά δεξιά σε στενότερο δρόμο που περνά από το πρώην δημαρχείο και την άδεια πλατεία. Συνεχίζουμε ευθεία επάνω σε τσιμεντόδρομο και στο τέρμα ξαναβγαίνουμε στην άσφαλτο στα δεξιά. Σε λίγο, υπάρχει δεξιά τσιμεντένιο γεφυράκι και περνάμε το ρέμα της Κουφάλας. Στα μισά της διαδρομής περνούμε από τον οικισμό Στρόφιλος και την εκκλησία του Αγίου ΝΙκολάου. Καθαρός χρόνος πορείας 1.35', συνολικά περίπου 2 ώρες. Σήμανση με κόκκινα σημάδια και κάποιες πινακίδες.

A nice walk, mostly on kalderimi. Starting from the main road junction at Ano Lechonia, initially we follow the asphalt to Agios Vlasios. After 100 m. at the V-junction we prefer to take the right branch, pass from the square, cross the asphalt straight ahead and at the end join the asphalt again. We cross the stream over an old concrete bridge on the right and ascend on kalderimi. Some stretches are covered bu concrete. Halfway up we pass through Strofilos settlement and the church of Agios Nikolaos. Walking time 1.35, total time about 2 hours. Signed with red marks and some metal signs.
