Itinerary description
18 jours dans le Sichuan. Très beau voyage avec pas mal de treks. Même les trajets en voiture sont souvent beaux.
• Rilong village and the four sisters
• Shuangqiao valley
• Muluozi
• Petite folie - nearly too late.
•Chaoshan Medow
• Dahaizy
• Majiagou
• Old lengu temple
• Genie Holy Mountain.
• Pearl Lake
• Chenrezig
• Ice boulder river
• Xingyico
• Dadu River Giant Buddha.
On est arrivé à midi à Yading et on n'avait donc pas le temps de faire une balade bien longue. On ne réalisait pas à quel point Yading est isolé et le temps qu'il faut pour aller de Shangri-La à Yading en bus.Il faut vraiment loger à Yading si vous voulez avoir un peu de temps pour vous promener On a commencé par suivre les caillebotis très chinois et organisés pour le tourisme de masse puis on a prolongé en suivant le chemin qui fait le tour du Chenrezig. C'est alors qu'on a décidé d'en faire le tour le lendemain. La partie derrière, non touristique est fort belle. Il faut espérer qu'ils ne vont jamais étendre la partie pour le tourisme de masse et que l'arrière de la montagne restera sauvage.
It takes a while to get to Yading: Shangri-la, the bus station, the crowd, the bus ride and only then Yading. And then a other bus ride from Yading to the hiking area.You have to sleep at Yading if you want to have some time for hiking.
The first part is on duckboards for mass tourism and at the end of the duckboards ther is a little path going further up.

Hello,
you have to contact Yading because the road from Shangri la to Yading might be closed to tourists at that time of the year. In November there was snow already on the road. I think the tourist resort will be closed because of the snow. If you have a 4x4 with snow tires, it is different. The toad from Daochen to shangrila might be difficult too. What tour do you do ? There are easier places to get to;

I see! Maybe i will skip Yading this time. As for now, i only plan to Siguniang (not for mounteering) for any dayhike. Would you share any location shouldnt i missed?
I did a few hikes around Rilong too. Nice place.
