Itinerary description
The trail is a mix of open ridge and tree cover with meadows, rock formations, distant views with periodic water.
Lacey Creek is near Meadows Lake Road. Three miles in the trail reaches the top of a ridge with spectacular views of its eroded face if you take a side trip along it. In another 0.4 miles there is a spring coming out of an iron pipe just off the trail and marked by a sign.
An additional 2 mile round trip from the PCT on White Rock Lake Rd takes you to White Rock Lake.
Meadows Lake Road intersects the PCT just before a meadow with lots of parking. It is a good quality dirt road that does not require a high clearance vehicle or four wheel drive. There are no fees or facilities and just small PCT trail signs.
