One of the places where you have to go at least once in your life.
We left Zadar station, with Flixbus, at 8:30 and we arrived there at 10:30. The ticket offices for daily tickets open at 11:30 and there is a quota for each day, so it is better to take it bought in advance. We had to queue since we arrived to be able to enter so at 12:00. The route itself is a pass and affordable for everyone, including different levels and modalities. The routes that are proposed to you are quite consistent with what they specify and during the way everything is signaled. Upon receiving the map, with the schedule we had and with the information they gave us, we decided to do route C, we ate at 3:00 pm in St.1 and at 3:45 pm we saw the great cataract as a colophon.
To return, at 5:00 pm we left the stop on time and arrived around 7:00 p.m. to Zadar. As a culmination for such a day, when we arrived, we did snorkeling in Bjalo beach at dusk.
The bus cost us each 26 euros approx. plus the 11 euros of the entrance to the national park (PN) as students.
The entrance includes WC, accident insurance, boat ride (electric), panoramic vehicle ride (electric), contribution to permanent protection and maintenance of the landscape, 22 km of trails and 36 km of hiking trails. Its price varies according to conditions, promotions and the time of year.
If you want to be more than one day you have to request an application. For amateurs of photography, the use of drones without authorization is prohibited. It is a unique place, wildlife is seen every two times and there are still bears in freedom, please respect the rules and contribute to the already good cleaning of the park . The number for emergencies is 112.
You have to keep an eye on the time during the visit, since there are hardly any places to take shelter in case of a bad day. You also have to be parrot with the temperature since you are in the bush. Luckily we saw it on a good day but the day before and the following week it was not like that. It is not uncommon to see snow in May and October. Go the day you go, there are always people, and more when the good weather starts.
As a curiosity, it is the oldest national park in Croatia (1949), and 30 years later it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It has not suffered hardly alterations and during the past turbulent of Croatia, it did not suffer the vagaries of the war. In spite of being a PN it has all the possible services, from stay in hotel to possibility of collaborating as a volunteer.

It looks like you're in Jurassic Park. Above they are super silent and respectful with the environment. They did not ask us to enter here. Point on the map as St3. There is toilet, trash and information, plus a bar. There is also a monument next to the river, and if you have time before taking the vehicle, on google maps it seems that if you continue straight on past the stop there is an incredible view of the next lake.

Entorno espectacular. Agua, cascadas, lagos, verde, bosque.
