Route to the summit of Marjan Forest Park (Park-Suma Marjan), in Split (Croatia), which is 175 m above sea level.
The paths are very visible and perfectly marked. The views of the city and the Adriatic coast are worth it.
This park is very popular with the inhabitants of Split, who use it to walk and play sports.
At the western end of the route we were hit by a storm with a lot of electrical equipment that caught us in the open, without protection. We were under heavy rain more than 20 minutes standing, waiting for it to subside, and we were struck by lightning at a short distance (by sound, possibly less than 250 meters).
The return to soft trot, to warm up.
We could not complete the planned route, which was slightly longer.
For a change, the accumulated differences are not correct.
