Itinerary description
We used the ancient path of Arma to reach the cave. The last part descending to the Goura river and then ascending to the cave is very steep but there are added iron steps and ropes available. On the way back we've climbed the top of Arma and walked on top of that mountain, we've returned to the path without following the path which was in many parts complicated by the vegetation.
