Comment : I injured myself on a regular easy part of the trail so no real time
this is another exploration off-trail attempt that was a fail as the difficulty was higher than I wanted to do that day, I gave up a few meters from my goal and had to go down the ridge I was on, a very steep segment not recommended at all, dangerous, I then rejoined the trail leading to Mont Gond ascent and rather than go down to Flore took the west official trail, where I injured my ankle.

in that direction, not only will you have sun and light all around walking counter-clockwise but it's also easier that way as you'll have the hard climbs in the 1st half then a pretty easy on legs and feet descent. That's what I had planned but changed mid hike.
