Itinerary description

This walk can be shortened by 3 km by using the 618 bus from the Harbour bus station to the Karavella bus station. The bus costs EUR 1.50 (2018) This cuts out the section with significant road traffic. The rest of the walk is through quiet residential suburbs and then along the coast. I caught the bus at the King's Avenue Mall bus stop. If you like shopping malls this is a good one. Personally I think it's a vile carbuncle that has killed off all the attractive little shops and replaced them with a traffic jam of cars trying to get to the mall. I only found the food supermarket on my second attempt the next day. I accidentally went into Movo, right next to the food supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk round the maze of isles. The whole shop is full of tat and paper goods. If it catches fire, YOU WILL DIE. I had trouble finding my way out without smoke and flames and it took 10 minutes!
