Itinerary description
Start at the Golf club and walk down the Pittwater Road to steep steps which take you over the top. Some nice views of Pittwater. Descend on the ocean side and walk along the beach to the golf club

You can see the GPS altitude wasn't accurate for a while. But this walk basically starts at sea level and rises to about 138 metres.
