Itinerary description
Excellent path, well marked, with nice views and an nice and fairly green plain a bit high up approximately halfway. Descending from the plain towards Sougia the path passes through a gorge with pines ans ceders.
Lissom and the remains of the anciennitet greek temple was ok, but not much more. A good place, however, to refill your bottles from the hose with good water, shared between you and stray goats.
It was a challenge to find accomodation in Sougia due to high season, but we managed.
