Itinerary description
This hike will take you on a non-blazed trail down to a blue blazed trail and nice pond view. You can then work your way back to the dirt road and out. Best parking area is at the entrance to the state forest. We were GEOCaching (a mess of caches along the trail), so a little of this hike is off the trail. You you do not have a GPS, just back track to the main trail and out. There can be a lot of activity in this area on the weekends, noticed bikers, dirt bikers and unleashed dogs in the area. None of them showed up on this trail, but be aware! This is a hunting area, so watch the hunting seasons. Happy trails to all!
