Itinerary description

The mountains of the Park are part of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve network, preserving a magnificent lacustrine legacy of glacial origin. Their most common animals, deer, roe deer, badger, fox, marten, finch, black woodpecker, reddish owl and satyr butterflies, among others, and native plants. To begin our tour of the National Park, we will climb by cable car to the Medv dín mountain (1,234 m). We will walk a path until we reach the source of the Elbe River "Labe". The route is fantastic, knowing the dense forests of the National Park, areas of meadows, waterfalls, rock bridges .... We will stop to eat at a mountain hotel refuge or we will prepare a picnic. In the afternoon we return to the town by the road that follows the Elbe River, dotted with beautiful waterfalls.
