Itinerary description

This hike will take you from the Orlando Wetlands parking area, to one of the larger "ponds" to the North Trail and then onto and back on a section of the Florida Trail. You will be on white blazed trails for a while, then getting onto orange blazed trails. Please note that during certain winter months the Orlando Wetlands is closed to visitors, so this hike is unavailable at that time. Also, the Florida Trail passes through areas which allow hunting a few times a year, so wear bright colors if in doubt. Happy trails to all and remember "take nothing but photos and leave nothing but footprints".
