Itinerary description
Amazing hike. Make sure to get plenty of water. I had taken 7 liters, that was not enough.
With a heavy 20 kg backpack it gets a bit challenging to do within the same day.
Be aware of dogs in multiple locations.
Avoid solo traveling.

Is there any access to fresh water from streams or ponds along the trail? Also, were the dogs that you encountered shepard's dogs or strays?
I did it unfortunately alone and with insufficient water supply. The path are not always signed well and I lost me
This is definitely not an easy trail. In the beginning you go via paths, but after that you go through the wilderness with sharp rocks. We did not have enough water and had to abort the trip. To finish this you need enough food, and a lot of water (around 7 or 8 liter p.p.)
We went to the third flag on the map and then went back to sleep in a tent in the bay (first flag) The sights are stunning. Too bad we couldn’t finish, maybe next time with better preparation..
