Hi Eartkeeper - can you give me an honest assessment of the condition of the lodges on each night. Do we need to consider taking out own tents due to disrepair of the structures ?

roadrunred Huts were in good condition and bunks and mattresses were fine. Solar hot water not working, showers not working. HOWEVER...the hut for second night, which is supposedly up on the escarpment, does not exist today! Just head down to the hut you will see in the bottom of the kloof (and past which you would go anyway at the beginning of day 3), instead of carrying on past its downward steep path to scramble up to get to the missing Day 2 hut.
