A spring/seep is causing wet area on power line trail, could use improved drainage or trail detour.
Trail down to Wilber Park Apartments
Two parallel trails lead from the power line down to the lower open area of Wilber Park. This first (south) trail is primarily a mountain biking trail, skirting the edge of Wilber Park Apartments until it joins the "Bridge Street Traverse", (a main hiking trail that leads from the Wilber Park pavilion up the ridge and behind the high school.) Trail crossings E-W
This orange-blazed trail leads downhill to Wilber Park. Two parallel trails lead from the power line down to the central open area of Wilber Park. This second (north) trail crossing the power line. It ascends to an old logging road and descends to the "Bridge Street Traverse", (a main hiking trail that leads from the Wilber Park pavilion up the ridge and behind the high school.) Note: the Powerline cut continues north of here but has not been cleared of stumps, etc. I've attached map - source is https://www.mtbproject.com/directory/8013763/oneonta Powerline N of here It has been recently pruned but there's no trail
