Itinerary description
As this is a one way tracking (battery died) - it's a tough 16 kms hike round trip.
I started the log at the bus stop closest to the national park entrance. You need to register and pay park fee at entrance.
Just follow the trail marked Sendero Andinista. After a while you will come to an old mine area, where you also find signs of times when you have to be back for a safe return. Respect those times - it's a tough hike from there to the top - but definitely Worth the effort.
The last part is very rocky, steep and at places a bit dangerous, but no big issue.
