დღე 1 (მანძილი: 6.2 კმ. / 2 სთ. 45 წთ.)
მარშრუტი სოფ. ოყურეშიდან, მარტივი სირთულის ბილიკით იწყება, მალევე უხვევს მარცხნივ და 6 კმ-ის გავლის შემდეგ ჯვარის მთის საბანაკე ადგილამდე მიდის. აქვე დგას ქოხი. 70 მ-ში მოედინება წყაროც.

დღე 2 (მანძილი: 10.5 კმ. / 4 სთ.)
ჯვარის მთის საბანაკე ადგილიდან ბილიკი საშუალო სირთულის კატეგორიაში გადადის და დაახლოებით 600 მ-ის გავლის შემდეგ გზაგასაყართან მიდის, საიდანაც ჩვენი ბილიკი მარცხნივ ეშვება (მარჯვება გზა ხვამლის მთაზე ადის) და სოფ. ტვიშისკენ განაგრძობს სვლას. სოფ. ლახეფაში შესვლის შემდეგ ბილიკი მარტივ კატეგორიას უბრუნდება, შემდეგ მცირე ზომის ჩანჩქერთან გაივლის და სოფ. ტვიშში სრულდება.

Day 1 (Distance: 6.2 km / 2 h 45 min)
The route starts at the village Okureshi with the trail of easy difficulty, then sharply turns left and after 6 km reaches Mount Jvari Campsite. Here you can find the hut and the spring in the vicinity of it (in about 70 m).

Day 2 (Distance: 10.5 km / 4 h)
From the Mount Jvari Campsite the trail becomes moderately difficult and after approximately 600 m reaches the junction, from where our path descends to the left direction (the trail to the right leads to the Khvamli Mountain) and eventually takes the hikers to the village Tvishi. After exiting the village Lakhefa, the trail turns into the easy level again, then passes near the small waterfall and ends at the village Tvishi.
