Itinerary description
Beautiful slick rock oasis. Couldn’t get all the way up the canyon because we had two dogs with us. They did well on all the boulders but had to stop once it turned to solid granite that you had to do a bit of hand over foot. Be ready for ~2mi if walking in the wash before you get to boulders and water. Decent sand road to get from highway to “parking area” 4x4 vehicle with high clearance recommended.
