If you are on the Via Francigena there are two options for walking between Nus & Châtillon. This is the flat bicycle route rather than arguably the more beautiful but hillier route you can also find. If on a bicycle this route will pose no problems. I stayed in Au Coin du Château B&B in Chatillon. They were absolutely fantastic hosts, very reasonable, so clean and a really peaceful place. Though you could get fancier and more expensive places on your journey, this for me, was one of the best places I stayed on the Via Francigena. I was so tempted to just stop and stay there for a few days but kept on the road.
