Itinerary description

Departure from the Ntchisi Forest Lodge following the track that gradually enters the forest. Cross the rainforest, climbing slightly until you reach a small clearing and turn left to enter the forest again. The trail loses height through trees and vines, and heads out towards the edge of the forest. The path descends steeper, now at the exit of the forest, until it finds the track again.
