Itinerary description

I made it up for sunrise - although there was a bit of cloud around, and the rising sun is actually behind you when you're checking the main view anyway. Those views, by the way, are amazing! It is well-worth the effort doing this loop up and across the Northbrook ridgeline! The country is superb! The views are endless! Didn't see a lot of wildlife or hear the birdlife the way you do on some of the other walks back further towards and around Nebo, but the plants are stunning! Beaut country, that's for sure! A strong, cool breeze was in my favor for the uphill walk back to the car, and I even enjoyed that part along the fire trail - there are some great views from here up the steep escarpment towards the Northbrook ridgeline! Do yourself a favor ... Get out there!
