Itinerary description
This is a small tract of land that is part of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and nearly joined to several larger hiking areas to the south. There is parking for 1 or 2 cars at the start point and more parking is available about 400 meters south on the opposite side of the road, which is also the trail head for West Walker Woods (see Wikiloc entry).
Gently rolling terrain with a well marked and well maintained trail. There are 4 numbered signposts that come complete with a map of the area.Take a picture of the map as there are several side options along the way. The forest is mostly newer growth and a mixture of deciduous and conifers. Not much wildlife was spotted on my hike in early spring.
Saw several people on the trail and it is a multi-use trail that can be used by bikers, horseback riders and skiers. A nice hike that is typical of the forests in the region.

Great Trail. I have been there many times. Greenwood and Durham Forest also have great trails.
I have biked around Durham Forest and it's a good one too. Where is Greenwood?
The trail head for Greenwood is located here 43.90519,-79.076943
I have never done it. You should hike it and upload it!
Sure, I plan to be there on Sunday Mountain biking. I will take my GPS and save the track.
