Itinerary description
We got dropped off by a taxi in a random spot, you can get closer, actually the road all the way up to the summit of Mt Hatis is drivable.
(Paid 6000AMD from Yerevan centre).
Our pace was super relaxed.
Overall, quite a nice walk. The only thing is that there are places with quite a lot of stones, which is not that comfortable to walk on (check my pics to see what I mean)
On the way down to the village there is no road, you can see the village from the peak and you should just follow the direction. To make it easier you can follow the valley that goes that direction.
IMO we went back too far to take a turn towards the village. You can go through the field right on the right hand while leaving the summit.
The distance to the village is much shorter than the first part of the hike (to the peak).
In the village we turned left and follow the road. Quite quickly we managed to hitchhike back to the city.
