Itinerary description
Long but easy round-trip. Only large and well marked roads are used. If you want to see the sunrise at Esrum Sø you can follow the roads without to much difficulty in darkness.
Area along Esrum Sø is park-like, the rest is varied forest with quite a lot of clearings. Many of which are flooded, presenting interesting flora.

Resting place
Quite a lot of benches, fireplaces and a shelter for resting. Firewood provided. Can be somewhat busy during summer and weekend. A beautiful place to see the sun dawn.
