Itinerary description

Sixth and last stage of our trekking in the Markha Valley. The path to Komaru La is not too pronounced but it can be tough due to altitude. From there, a long descent leads to the village of Chogdo, from where it is possible to descend to Hemis monastery or Leh by road.
