Itinerary description
Starting and finishing at Newlands Corner we go down through Pewley Downs into Guildford Past the Semaphore house used for signalling between the Admiralty and Portsmouth in Victorian times. Good views or the cathedral and past the castle. At the bottom of the town we join the towpath for the Wey which we follow along to Shalford Park there joining the North Downs Way. This takes up to St Martha's Church then on back to Newland's Corner.
