The track of the route should start in Phakhding, at the point where we finished yesterday, but an oversight with the GPS did not have that route.
At the beginning of the stage, the road is a sub-low, and we will cross the Dhud Khosi river several times. Upon reaching the town of Monjo (3,000 m), and after completing the necessary paperwork and permits, we will enter the Sagarmatha National Park (Everest). We will continue with a strong zig-zag ascent that we will not shortcut, since in one of the curves we will observe for the first time, and if the weather accompanies, Mount Everest.
This strong climb was the beginning of the end of our trip, because we climbed too strong, unlike the rest of people, and that free effort we paid the following days, with the visit of the feared altitude sickness. Our guide, Phursuna, never opened our eyes for us to do the climb at a slower pace, which surely would have contributed to a better acclimatization.
We finish the stage in Namche Bazar, capital of the Sherpa town.
That night we took an edemox per head, and rest.
Tomorrow touches day of acclimatization.
