A Nepal no solo se va a hacer trekking a la zona del Himalaya, hay otro tipo de trekkings menos exigentes físicamente y con un gran interés.

El Mardi Himal Trek, es una ruta en la zona norte de Pokar, una joya escondida muy cerca del macizo de los Annapurnas.

Es un treking sin gran dificultad técnica, apto para toda persona acostumbrada a moverse por la montaña. pero se camina en altura por lo que se hace cansado.

Un trek ideal, pues apenas va gente y te evitas las rutas más masificadas. El Mardi Himal, transcurre por un cordal elevado con vistas espectaculares sobre el circo de los Annapurnas.

Durante la travesia atravesaremos los inmensos valles del Himalaya, bosques de rododendros y líquenes, arroyos y cascadas, terrazas de arroz y aldeas de diferentes etnias donde podremos convivir con su cultura y tradiciones.

Se puede disfrutar de panoramicas de grandes montañas montañas como el Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Hiunchuli y el Machhapuchhare, conocido como “cola de pez”.

Los alojamientos son básicos pero bastante adaptados.

LA RUTA:

La ruta de hoy es corta en Km, pero ya caminamos en altura y es el motivo por el que ascendemos mas despacio.

Continuamos subiendo gradualmente siguiendo la cresta a través de magnifico bosque,
Empezamos a ver preciosas flores de colores según se gana altura.

Pasamos por un par de Logdss, el rest campo y el low cam en un claro en el bosque, que tiene unas casas de té en un espacio abierto para descansaren y donde las vistas del Mardi Himal aparecen mucho más cercanas

El sendero sube gradualmente hasta llegar al Middle camp donde las vistas son impresionantes.

El tiempo nos ha respetado bastante, ha sido dejar las mochilas y comenzar a caer agua como si no hubiera fin.

Las habitaciones están muy bien, pero el cuarto de baño para el aseo es algo mas precario. Tenemos la oportunidad de solicitar unos cubos de agua caliente que mezclaremos con fría siendo el aseo del dia a base de cazos de agua mezclada.

TREKKING COMPLETO

Nepal is not only going to trek to the Himalayas, there are other types of trekking less demanding physically and with great interest. The Mardi Himal Trek, is a route in the northern area of Pokar, a hidden jewel very close to the Annapurnas massif. Time has respected us a lot, it has been leaving our backpacks and starting to drop water as if there were no end. The rooms are very good, but the bathroom for the toilet is somewhat precarious. We have the opportunity to request some buckets of hot water that we will mix with cold being the toilet of the day based on mixing water buckets. FOREST CAMP (inicio etapa)

El sitio está muy bien, tiene una gran pradera que invita a tumbarse y disfrutar de las visttas, pero nustras amigas las sanguujuelas campan a sus anchas y mejor no hacerlo.

CAMINO POR BOSQUE DIRECION LOW CAMP

La caminata transita por bosque de rododendros y con una subida gradual. Se trata de un bosque muy denso en donde prácticamente no se ve el cielo y con deversas tonalidades. Me encantan las piedras plateadas que hay durante todo el camino, parecen pintadas con purpurina. Es un paisaje muy idílico, una gozada para la vista y los sentidos.

The walk goes through a forest of rhododendrons and with a gradual rise. It is a very dense forest where you can hardly see the sky and with different tonalities. I love the silver stones that are all along the way, they seem painted with glitter. It is a very idyllic landscape, a joy for the eyes and the senses.

En los claros comenzamos a cruzarnos con animales. Me encantan las piedras plateadas que hay durante todo el camino, parecen pintadas con purpurina. Es un paisaje muy idílico, una gozada para la vista y los sentidos.
