Itinerary description
We started our hike at 8 am.
From the beginning, right after Namche Bazaar, the trail started heading uphill till we reached the Everest Museum. From there, the trail is easy. Bit of uphill, downhill, and straight while having an amazing view over the valley.
After about 4 km, the trail heads downhill till we reached the river at 3337 m of altitude and the town of Phingi Thenga Town..
Then we took the Rope bridge, and the trail went up till we reached Tyangboche Town.
We went up around 560 m inn4 km
