Itinerary description
From Craddle Brook the footpath ascends on the western side of the cove. There is a rewarding view on the first ridge. The trail opens up into ''Hidden Valley'', a suspended terrace overlooking the Bay.
Seely Beach:
A campsite is located on the eastern side of the Seely Brook.
The Beach is spectacular.
Don't miss the Dragon Tooth, a huge balancing rock.
Long Beach to Big Salmon River:
Multitude views of the Bay. Easy path till Big Salmon.
The footpath follows the contours of Big Salmon River Valley crossingCanterbury Brook. The descent into Big Salmon is gradual and follow the contours to the riverbead.
The footpath is parallel to the Big Salmon River and leads to the Suspension Bridge and the Big Salmon Interpretative Center.
