Itinerary description
In the north of lebanon the area of naher jouz has one of the most beautiful rivers in lebanon. A very long river that start from kaferhelda and goes down to masaylha darb. The hike will be always along the river under the trees and large mountains. Finally reaching Darb el Msaylha at the end.
At the beginning the purpose of the trail was a loop trail to reach the same place we started but a change has occurred where we climbed a big hill to reach the road. There for having this hike as a loop is approximated around 17km. Its very easy hike for different age levels.
The best time for this hike is the first of spring where the weather balanced and river is heavily flowing.
