The Mur paien it is a long wall from the hig middle age (VII century) long believed to be far older

that is nevertheless an impressive work situated on a beatiful place criscrossed by a network of marked trails. The Mur itself can be followed by a trail marked by yellow X, and can be don on its entirety or by sections (nord and south from the Mt St Odile parking lots). This trail follows the northern section along with the Sentier des Merveilles.
