Very nice hike to the alpine heart of Modkenedøyas. On alpine paths it goes upwards accompanied by many waterfalls and lakes.
These are lined up like a string of pearls.
Some places are very steep and slippery, but well secured with ropes (chains).
North side on descent to Munkebu hut partly through larger snowfields (2 June 2019)
