Itinerary description

Taking the Virginia road out of Mullagh approximately 1km, one can park on the left hand side of the road outside the boundary of a bungalow with the path to the hill the right. There is no sign marking the hill other than a sign saying no vehicular access to hill walk.

The path is good but steep and has a beautiful viewing point three-quarter of the way up.There are several picnic benches at the top from where there are panoramic views across the gentle drumlin landscapes of Counties Cavan and Monaghan. Return to the car park along the same route.
