Itinerary description

If doing this in the winter plan on an additional 3 miles from the locked gate to the trailhead. Note: Don't follow the ascent route to the summit, we lost the trail in the dark. This was a winter trek in the snow so the track to the summit and the decent were off trail. This route goes through a cool little camp with a natural spring - Glen Alpine Springs. Sunrise on the summit was gorgeous.
