We return to this beautiful mountain in Northern California. Now it was snowy and somewhat cold at the beginning (-6 centigrade @ 7:30 am).
The truth, I was not expecting so much snow and I went without micro-spikes or snowshoes. In terms of clothing, the weather was magnificent as the temperature rose rapidly.
The advantage of snow is that shortcuts are opened, without so much zigzag. Of course, to be careful of the wells. Nothing serious, we only had to sink in a few steps at the height of the calves and only on three occasions, up to the thigh.
I continue to highly recommend this mountain !!!
