Itinerary description
Park at the start of the cableway "Funivia Piani d'Erna". The park is 3 euro for a full day, but you can try to find a free parking few meters before the parking lot. Take the cableway (7 euro one way, 14 round trip), or optionally follow the route 1 to reach Piani D'Erna. From here, follow direction for Mt. Resegone / rifugio Azzolini and take the route number 10. This is a difficult assisted trail, that will require free hand rock climbing, steep passages and metal chains to help you reach Cima Pozzi. If the hike gets crowded, consider using an helmet.
Now, the difficulties ends, and you can follow the "Sentiero cresta" turning to the right. In about 30 minutes you will reach Rifugio Azzolini, usually open that can gave you Polenta, Pasta, beers, cakes, spirits and whatever it takes to energize you :)
Now it's time to go back, simply follow the route 1 just below the Rifugio, following direction for Rifugio Stoppani (another target for a stop/beer/cakes!). The route 1 will take you straight to the parking lot.

Very difficult
