Itinerary description

Easy enough getting to the cave , though very steep. A decent enough footpad follows the base of the cliff. After the cave , obviously go left, however note that you need to descend down hill a little. As the mountain is a rock climbers hub , it’s full of deceptive climbs that lure you away from the main track. It’s a steep trot to the top but no climbing needed, if your climbing. Your probably going the wrong way and up too soon. The faint footpad doesn’t really start going upwards until your around the back western face. Soon enough you’ll hit rocks. Then it’s easy walking near summit. Avoid the scrub and stay on the rocks for quicker walking. Best to summit and then head down the main route, very steep and beautiful
