Itinerary description
Mt Maroon for the first time today and loved it. The best views out of the half a dozen other peaks I have done in the Scenic Rim.
I handled the rock scrambling sections much better than Mt May as they were not near nasty drop offs.
You need good legs for the rock scrambling sections.
The summit is a large flat area. Not like many of the peaks in the area where you are sitting on the edge of a cliff
