Itinerary description
If you have time and want to do Mt. Misen you can choose the "very hard pass" and climb Mt. Misen via the omoto route. This route first goes to Mt. Koma-bayashi. A nice rocky hill next to Mt. Misen. After that I went to Mt. Misen and decided to descend on foot. At the bottom of the cable car you can follow a "nature trail" that goes to the east. This was the nicest part of the mountain. You'll end in a camping ground/vacation park called Tsutsumigaura nature park. When I did this it was march so the park was deserted. Follow the coastline back to the ferry.
