Itinerary description

Interesting hike with plenty of variety. Starts with a pleasant walk by the mostly dry creek bed (for us anyway). Fairly steep climb up a fire trail and then a mostly gradual hike up a spur to the summit. Some rock scrambling and lots of bush bashing up the spur. Some views along the way but none at the summit. There are opportunities to extend the hike to other nearby points of interest in the area. I liked it.
