Beautiful rise to Mount Healy, just at the entrance to the Denali National Park. We did not reach the peak, since it is very long and we only had one morning. But we reached a rocallòs secondary peak, with spectacular views of Mount Denali, the highest mountain in North America.
Excursion to the Denali National Park. We leave the buses at Polichrome Pass and start walking, up the ridge. We rescued it for a while and went back down to a lake. We return to the track and go walking to the Toklat River. It is very recommendable to leave the safety of the buses to walk and live a little closer to nature. The animals (grizzlies, moose, caribou ..) do not usually approach humans. Needless to say, the views of the excursion are spectacular, as in the whole park.
