Itinerary description

This is a lovely circuit walk and a good introduction to the landscape of Mt Buller. It is mostly gentle undulation, but the short section for the ascent/descent to the Buller summit is steeper and will get your lungs and legs working.

Once we got to the summit we continued on to the next little crest which is part of the Mt Buller West Ridge track - it was only a short distance but required a bit of coordination managing the rocky ground - the kind of walking that is good for the brain.

Good interpretive signs and a very nice walk overall!
