We started in cemoro lawang at 3:00 a.m. It is important to stay before the point of payment. There is a path from the descent of the viewpoint and another way back to cemoro lawang to avoid the entrance fee to the park. The time is the duration of the walk walking without counting the time that is standing in the viewpoint waiting for dawn.

Hola! qué quieres decir con "alojarse antes del punto de pago??" El amanecer lo ves desde el mirador del principio??? Lo hago dentro de una semana!!
En realidad puedes alojarte en cualquier lado. No sé si hay hoteles mas alla del punto de pago pero para evitarlo esta bien buscar un sitio antes del puesto de pago. El yogi homestay está muy bien y no es muy caro.
Para el mirador no pasas por el punto de pago. Sería para ir hacia el volcan andando pero bajando desde el mirador hay un camino para evitar pasar por el punto de pago.
