Took me 1 hour to hike to the summit. Park at THE WALKS CARPARK. You will need to display your purchased Tasmania National Parks Pass on the windscreen of your vehicle.
DON'T DO THIS CLIMB IN THE WET IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE OR WORKING LIMBS!
Watch the video for best description. It's an amazing hike up just be careful if wet, because the boulders become like polished marble.
On my hike, at the summit I also traversed eastward to an secondary summit which offers even better views, but you will have to scramble across a few rocks. Not that hard.
Very recommended this mount.... I call it a POSTCARD MOUNTAIN. Best views around!
