Did this in 2009; it is not a technical climb, but a steep hike up; it is difficult, but doable if you're reasonably fit.

Very difficult
It is difficult, but doable if you're fit (did this in 2009 at the age of 53, and specifically trained to do it).
It is not a technical climb, just a hike up. However, do not think that because it is not technical, and less than 15,000ft/5000m, that it is not difficult. If you're young and fit, you'll make it and enjoy it. If you're not fit, no matter what age you are, you'll likely not make it.
It is well worth the effort; simply a spectacular journey.
