This is a beautiful hike with rewarding top views of all Puget Sound, North, East and South. Seattle and Cascades can be seen from the top.
The way up in the forest trail has no horizontal lines, is all 10/20% inclination up and zig zag trail with 2000feet /841m elevation in just 4.2Km. It took 2 hours up with picture pauses.
The way down we did by the service road and is actually longer, harder and more straining than going up.
We'll do again down in the trail !
