Itinerary description
Down Mt Monadnock via the Smith Summit Trail, Monte Rosa Trail, The White Arrow Trail, and the Old Toll Road. I have lived in New Hampshire almost twenty years and hiked hundreds of mountains, but never Monadnock until today. A most excellent day to be outside and the crowds on top of the mountain attest to it. Lots of younger folks (20 somethings?). In spite of the crowds on top, it was a beautiful day to be up there.
