Itinerary description
Start and finish at the chocolate mill just off the Midland hwy at Mt. Franklin, you can enjoy a nice coffee and a chocolate after your walk. We followed the “Goldfields track” which is one of the best marked tracks around for approximately 2klm towards Hepburn Springs, leave this track and turn left at the cross tracks and head to Hunts dam , a good place for a snack, then continue along the track to the Midland hwy, cross over very carefully where you will pick up the “ Goldfields track “ at the row of letter boxes, follow the track to the left back to the Chocolate Mill, a relatively easy track
